We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response following investigation, in line with our complaints procedure.

Your complaint will be reviewed by the Data Protection Team under the oversight of the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and may contact you if further information is required during the investigation process.

If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
